1 C water
1 Frozen banana
1 C fresh Moringa leaf, or 1/4 C dried Moringa leaf, or 1 Tbsp Moringa powder
Fresh mint leaf to taste
Ice
1 C choice of milk
1/2 Frozen banana
1/2 C fresh pineapple (or 1 Tbsp pineapple powder)
1 C fresh Moringa leaf, or 1/4 C dried Moringa leaf, or 1Tbsp Moringa powder

1 Broccoli (medium) head
1/2-1 Chicken breast
1 C frozen peas or green beans
1 Bell pepper
1 Small yellow onion
3 Cloves garlic
Olive oil
1/4 C soy sauce (organic is important) to taste
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1-2 Tbsp Rice vinegar
Maple syrup to taste
Water
Real salt (sea salt, celtic, etc.) to taste
Black pepper to taste
1. To a pan, add a few tablespoons of olive oil. Turn heat to medium-low.
2. Chop peppers & onion, then put them in the pan. Stir around to coat with oil.
3. Cut the broccoli fleurets off the head and add them to the pan.
4. Add a little water (1/4" or so) so the ingredients can steam and put a lid on the pan. Cook for 5+ mins (until veggies are to the softness of your liking.
5. Cut chicken breast into 1" pieces. Chop up garlic. Remove the Moringa leaf from the stems. Add all of that to the pan, along with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Put the lid back on. Cook about 5 minutes, until there's no more pink in the chicken.
6. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
